FPD Savills is one of the largest commercial real estate companies in Australia. It also manages over 160 shopping centres from one side of the country to the other. FPD Savills recognised that if safety standards were to be maintained across the breadth of the whole organisation then their training would have to be consistent and easily accessible from anywhere in the world.
We provided FPD Savills with an on-line safety induction that can be accessed via a secure site. This meant that their managers in Melbourne were getting the same information as the managers in Perth. It meant they could access the induction 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Participants don't simply “read information off the net”. If this was the case, why bother? Send them a book to gather dust in their office. The on-line program tests participants and invites participation all the way through the course. This helps engage and stimulate the learner.
