The Mouldings project at Oberon allowed the Digital Wisdom team to apply E-learning to a new realm. The challenge we had to meet in this case was to devise tailor-made operator training, which not only taught the theory and underpinning knowledge of their job, but also identified and linked the training to National Competencies for their industry.

This was an exciting and new approach to ensuring employees would be confident in the theory to gain this national qualification. It was also a very clever way of granting employees the ownership and knowledge of their job's role in the plant – resulting in a more positive and proud workplace.
