Starwood, a Medium Density Fibreboard factory, has always maintained safety as one of their most important goals. That's why they called upon Digital Wisdom to refine their safety inductions and provide a holistic approach to safety, from management, to employees and to contractors, in every sector of their extensive plant. Our team from Digital Wisdom worked with Starwood, to develop two main safety products.

Developing a contractor's induction, which delivered the site rules and assessed all contractors coming on site, of their understanding, was our first goal.

The second was to develop a comprehensive safety induction for all employees. This is being used as an effective induction tool for new employees, but has the added capacity to re-induct and assess every employee, each year as required.
