2. SITE DESIGN
Since the design of the site is the first thing your visitors will see, it's important to get this component of the site right. 3. SITE BUILDING & DEVELOPMENT
Once the initial concept has been approved by the client, the next step is to start building the site using HTML and CSS. FLASH can be added if something a little more elaborate is desired or if your site has a dynamic requirement, PHP may also be used.
